Help with education
- Social-educational family support

Zukunft Bildungswerk gUG is a non-profit organization approved by the Essen Youth Welfare Office for flexible outpatient child-rearing assistance. Our social education and intercultural specialists work with families in a holistic and appreciative manner in accordance with the systemic approach. Through our professional expertise and proximity to people, we guarantee efficient and high-quality help for children, young people and families.
We offer family support in the following languages:
German, Turkish, Arabic, English and Kurdish.
How do we work?
We work systematically, with a focus on solutions and social space. A wide range of skills and a large repertoire of methods, languages and actions enable us to respond individually to the needs of each family and young person.
The current family situation and ideas for change are discussed together. The resources and strengths of the family are identified together with the family and everyday situations are reflected upon. New scope for action is opened up, with which the family can experience itself as self-effective and successful and organize its everyday life independently again.

We support families through intensive support and care:
  • in your educational tasks
  • in dealing with everyday problems
  • in integration
  • in resolving conflicts and crises
  • in contacts with institutions and authorities
